The Annual SHIELD Fund Campaign
| With your help we can make a direct investment into the lives of several youth in the community and step by step create a better tomorrow through the development of leadership in the youth today! |
Each year, we seek to raise funds for operational expenses and program development. The money raised will enable youth to be paired with a mentor to service them with life-changing experiences that are focused on equipping them with a plan, a task and a path. Additional funds raised will go directly to the operation of the organization. For $1000 per child, per calendar year, we can provide each youth with books, materials, refreshments and educational trips that complement our mentoring and leadership curriculum. Furthermore, the annual campaign has three goals:
1) Increase the participation and support of family, friends and other community organizations for the several programs offered by SHIELD Mentor Program.
2) Raise $5,000 to fund current and future programming.
3) Raise $1,000 for administrative and other miscellaneous organizational expenses.

Sponsor a Mentor Match for 1 Year - $1000
By sponsoring a Mentor Match, you can support a mentees' mentoring relationship with a volunteer mentor. A
contribution of $1000
will enable a deserving adolescent the opportunity to participate in
our programs. You will provide an opportunity to support our youth as
they develop the confidence, leadership and character they need to
become tomorrow’s leaders!
